BDDS was responsible for the architectural and structural design in addition to obtaining building approval for a new external lift as well as supervising construction. The owners of the property loved their home and location. However were having trouble accessing the house from the garage. The solution was to install an external lift and new stairs. We worked with the owner to develop a design that met their requirements
